Healthy Pixels has a new look — and a lot has changed behind the scenes too!

If you’ve visited Healthy Pixels before, you’ve probably noticed things look a little different.

There’s a new logo, a fresh colour palette, updated photography, and an entirely redesigned website.

But while the visual changes are the most obvious, they’re really just the tip of the iceberg.

Over the past few years, Healthy Pixels has evolved significantly, and this rebrand felt like the right opportunity to bring everything back into alignment.

Healthy Pixels looked very different at first

When I launched Healthy Pixels, the focus was quite different to what it is today.

I worked across graphic design, branding, websites, and social media, with a particular interest in supporting charities and purpose-driven organisations.

Over time, the work naturally evolved. I found myself working with more service-based businesses, taking on increasingly complex website projects, and building longer-term relationships with clients — rather than simply delivering one-off pieces of work.

Without really noticing, the business gradually changed direction.

The branding, however, stayed much the same…

Onto a clearer focus

One of the biggest changes isn’t actually visual at all.

Healthy Pixels has become much clearer about who it’s here to help and how.
Today, the focus is on helping service-based businesses build a strong online presence through websites, branding, visibility, and ongoing support.

Rather than trying to offer a bit of everything, the services have been simplified into three areas:

It’s a structure that better reflects how businesses actually evolve, and how I now work with clients.

It’s also no longer just me!

Another change that’s happened gradually is how projects are delivered.

Healthy Pixels started as a freelance business, where I wore every hat myself.

While I’m still your main point of contact, I now regularly collaborate with trusted specialists when a project calls for skills outside my own expertise.

Whether that’s copywriting, photography, SEO, or something else entirely, it means clients benefit from the right expertise at the right time, without losing the personal relationship they’ve built with me.

It’s a way of working that feels more sustainable and, ultimately, delivers stronger results.

What does this mean for clients?

Alongside the new branding and website, there have been a few changes to the way Healthy Pixels works.

One of the biggest is RentaSite. The service has been completely rethought to better reflect how clients use it in practice, including updated pricing and more flexibility. Businesses can now choose an Essential plan that focuses on ongoing maintenance, health checks, and plugin updates, or add monthly support hours as and when they’re needed.

For existing clients, very little changes day to day. You’ll still work directly with me, receive the same ongoing support, and benefit from trusted specialists where they’re the right fit for a project.

The aim of this rebrand wasn’t to become a different business. It was to make Healthy Pixels feel more like the business it has gradually become.

More than a fresh coat of paint

Every rebrand involves new colours, new typography, and a new logo.

But for me, this project was never really about those things.

It was about creating a brand and a website that better reflect the business Healthy Pixels has become.

The previous version represented an earlier chapter, whereas this one feels much more like home.
