Background
Jolley Productions approached Healthy Pixels in 2024 as part of a broader SEO strategy to increase website traffic. Their existing site—built in-house on Wix—had served its purpose, but it was time for something stronger.
We identified several key areas for improvement:
- Better responsiveness across all devices
- Bringing more brand personality to the site
- Making their photography and video work shine
- Creating a more distinctive, visually engaging layout
- Completely restructuring the sitemap for stronger SEO
Given the media-heavy nature of their services, performance was also a top priority—we needed to ensure the site was fast without compromising visual impact.
Solution
As with any bespoke website, we began by diving deep into the brand. The theme of the logo’s organic, swooshy lines is carried across the site, with subtle curves and flowing elements in the design. We also introduced a secondary font to complement the logotype, helping create a more cohesive feel.
The dark background makes images and videos pop with impact, while a carefully chosen accent colour helps highlight key actions and guide users through the site.
For full flexibility and performance, we also migrated the website to WordPress—giving complete control over design, layout, and build.
The result
The new Jolley Productions website feels modern, bold, and on-brand. Visuals take centre stage, just as they should. It’s faster than the previous site, more flexible, and fully optimised to support their SEO goals.
