Background
Healthy Pixels started working with Hillview Finance in 2025, supporting them with a new website and application form. Their previous site was built using a standard theme and felt quite generic: it lacked personality and didn’t do much to build trust or credibility.
They were also experiencing issues with their application form not always loading. Unsurprisingly, this hurt their conversions.
Solution
We designed a bespoke website theme that reflected their brand identity more clearly. As part of the project, we rewrote the homepage copy to be more benefit-led and action-focused, helping guide users and build trust.
To bring a more modern and friendly tone to the visuals, we created a set of custom, branded illustrations. These added interest and helped communicate key information without relying solely on text.
We also rebuilt the application form from scratch, moving away from a third-party provider and building it directly into the site. This gave us full control and resolved the reliability issues once and for all.
The Result
After launch, Hillview Finance immediately saw a significant increase in conversion rates. The new site feels more current and approachable, moving away from the more traditional “finance look” and offering a clearer, more user-friendly experience.
