Roadmap to success

The creative process

01. Research and discovery

Through research and in-depth conversations, I gather valuable insights to define the direction of your brand or assets. By identifying your goals, needs and overall requirements, we plan what strategies are needed and the overall style of the brand.

With the project defined, you will get a detailed project plan, including quote and expected timeline.

02. Creation

Once the proposal has been approved, we start the more visual part of the project: design and development. In this stage, you can expect to see a few different concepts – and more often than not, these will be taken through a few revisions.

It can sometimes be difficult explaining – or even knowing – what exactly you are looking for: The revisions are meant to help translate your wishes into a result you are truly happy with.

03. Delivery

Once you have given final approval of the brand and/or assets, the files are cleaned up for a seamless delivery.

For logos, this includes vector files and png files in different formats (regular logo, black and white version, negative version and more). If your assets are intended for print, the final files will be ready to send to production.

A well-designed logo plays an essential role in brand recognition and identity. It is a visual representation of your brand and helps customers easily identify and remember you. A strong logo will create a positive first impression, build trust, and differentiate your brand from competitors.

Through consistent use across various marketing channels, a logo creates a sense of familiarity and loyalty among your target audience.

Healthy Pixels is committed to being customer-centric and ensuring your satisfaction. Every brand is unique and everyone has their own taste, so your input and feedback are essential, and we will work closely to make any necessary adjustments.

The initial three logo design concepts you receive are meant to help identify your preferences and style. Further revisions and refinements of your favourite concept(s) will help us develop a logo design that aligns perfectly with your brand identity, values, and goals.

My goal is to create a logo design that not only meets but exceeds your expectations, ensuring that you are fully satisfied with the final result.

Brand personality are the characteristics associated with a brand. It helps create an emotional connection with customers and shapes how they perceive and interact with the brand.

Elements such as colour, typography, shape, and imagery in a logo can evoke specific emotions and convey the desired brand personality. For example, a playful and vibrant logo could represent an energetic brand personality, while a sophisticated and minimalistic logo may convey a brand with a more elegant and refined personality.

The approach to creating a brand strategy is centred around your unique needs and goals. We’ll start with a conversation to understand your business, target audience, and overall goals and business objectives. This helps me get valuable information that will inform the development of your brand strategy.

Next, we’ll define your brand personality and messaging, which involves visual elements such as a logo, colour palette, fonts and more. The specifics of this stage depend on your project goals.

You will be encouraged to provide feedback throughout the process. Your insights and perspectives play an important role in shaping the brand strategy, capturing the essence of your brand and communicating with your audience. By actively involving you, I aim to drive brand awareness whilst also building customer loyalty, and supporting your overall business growth.

Yes, you will have ownership of any final designs that you choose. If, for example, you are presented with three logo design concepts, you will own the chosen logo design. The remaining concepts will be owned by Healthy Pixels.

You gain full ownership of the final design once the final payments have been made.

There are no hidden fees or surprise charges at Healthy Pixels. Before signing a contract, you will get a detailed quote outlining the full project costs.

Whilst projects sometimes change and new requirements do arise, though, additional costs may arise during the project. These will be communicated and discussed with you in advance for your approval.

Currently, there is no minimum budget requirement to work with Healthy Pixels and we will discuss projects and payments on a case-by-case basis. I have an article exploring how to define your design budget if you are interested in more information.

Project scopes can change over time and that’s perfectly normal. If there are any modifications or additions to the initial project scope, we will assess the impact on the timeline and cost. I will communicate any adjustments to the pricing and timeline to ensure transparency, and get your approval before proceeding with any changes.

Absolutely. Your input is essential to ensure that the final design reflects your goals, needs, and objectives.

Throughout the project, you will be actively encouraged to provide feedback, share your thoughts, and request revisions. Everyone has their own taste and preferences, and I am committed to making the necessary adjustments to meet your expectations.

Your involvement throughout the design process is essential, and your insights and feedback play a vital role in shaping the outcome. You are welcome and even encouraged to provide your input at every stage of the process. I will take this feedback on board, and balance it with design expertise and best practices to create something communicative and unique.

I am committed to a customer-centric approach to ensure your satisfaction. Design is subjective, but my goal is to create designs that align with your vision and goals.

The initial design concepts and the revisions and refinements that follow will allow us to capture your preferences and style. Should you not be satisfied with the final design, however, I will work closely with you to address your concerns and make any necessary adjustments. By collaborating closely and incorporating your feedback, I aim to deliver a final design that you are more than happy with.
