Background
HNW Concierge was unhappy with their website. They wanted one that better reflected their brand, appealed more to their high-net-worth clients, and showcased all their services. They had previously worked with other web providers but weren’t fully satisfied with the communication or services offered.
With limited knowledge about websites and technology, they needed someone who could take charge of their new site while listening to their needs and wants.
Solution
After in-depth conversations, Healthy Pixels created a sitemap for the basic website they wanted, along with a suggested content outline. The final content was a collaboration between Healthy Pixels and the client, ensuring the website flowed well and was easy for their clientele to understand.
Once the content was in place, some design solutions were presented for approval before development could begin.
A RentaSite project
As a newly established business, the site was built as a RentaSite website, allowing them to spread out the costs over several months, and securing ongoing maintenance support.
The result
The new website clearly communicates all their services and incorporates their branding superbly. The client is stoked, and as a result of our ongoing relationship, they no longer need to worry about updating the website themselves.
This helps them feel more at ease, allowing them to focus more on their business and client relationships. A win-win for everyone!
