Background

Raiser is a small company with a big heart and vision. They have passion, drive, and a strong can-do attitude. So much so, that they took on the challenge of building their own website from scratch—and kept it going for a long time before recognising it was time to bring in some support.

They needed someone who could help position them with the right content, a fitting look and feel, and a platform that would actually support their ambitions.

Solution

At first, Raiser hesitated to leave their existing platform. But in the end, the limitations became impossible to ignore, as it would demand too much maintenance. So, we made the move to WordPress—the preferred RentaSite platform—where we could set them up for long-term success.

Working closely on content together, we could soon move into design exploration. Eventually, we landed on an expression that felt unmistakably them. A brand built on highly saturated pastel colours, it was essential to find a good balance: bold enough to inspire, yet easy on the eye.

The result

Raiser’s new website feels alive—bright, engaging, and full of positivity, just like the charity sector they support.

But, most importantly, the new site is easy to update, grow, and maintain. Instead of carrying the burden alone, Raiser now has professional support behind them. Whether it’s a major design change or something as small as formatting a blog post before a holiday, they have someone to lean on.

And that’s the true shift: support means more than just having a website built. It removes pressure, adds a trusted team member for a fraction of the cost, and provides a specialist who can offer guidance, reassurance, and action whenever it’s needed.

Today, they have a site that reflects who they are, while giving them the confidence and freedom to keep pushing forward.
